Guide: Create account & invite us to Wix, Shopify, Webflow and WordPress

Wix

1. Create an account in Wix

1. Go to Wix

   • Open Wix.
   • Click on “Start now” or “Log in” if you already have an account.

2. Fill in account information

   • Enter your email address and create a password.
   • Choose the type of website you want to create and choose a template.

3. Complete registration

   • Follow the guide to create your first website.

2. Invite info@imarketing.se as an administrator in Wix

1. Go to Wix Dashboard

   • Log in to your account and go to Wix Dashboard.

2. Go to settings

   • Click on “Settings” in the menu on the left.

3. Go to roles and permissions

   • Click on “Roles & Permissions”.

4. Add new user

   • Click on “Invite someone”.
   • Enter our email address: info@imarketing.se.
   • Choose the role Administrator.

5. Send invitation

   • Click on “Send invitation”, then we will receive an email to accept.

Shopify

1. Create an account in Shopify

1. Go to Shopify

   • Open Shopify.
   • Click on "Start Free Trial" or log in if you already have an account.

2. Fill in information about your store

   • Enter a store name and choose a domain.
   • Fill in your contact information and complete the registration.

2. Invite us as a Collaborator in Shopify

We use a Shopify Partner Account, which means we need a special invitation as Collaborator.

1. Find your Shopify URL

   • Go to “Settings” in Shopify.
   • Click on “Store information”.
   • Your store URL found under “Shopify address”, for example:
     yourcompany.myshopify.com

2. Send us your Shopify URL and Collaborator code

   • Go to Shopify Collaborator Request.
   • If your store has code requirements to approve Collaborators:
     • Go to “Settings” → “Users and permissions”.
     • Under "Collaborator request code" you will see a code that you need to send to us.
     • Send both your Shopify URL and this code to us at info@imarketing.se.

3. Please approve our request.

   • Once we've sent a Collaborator request, you'll receive a notification in Shopify.
   • Go to “Users and permissions” and approve our request.

Webflow

1. Create an account in Webflow

1. Go to Webflow

   • Open Webflow.
   • Click on “Get Started” and register.

2. Follow the guide to create your first website

   • Choose a template or start from scratch.

2. Invite info@imarketing.se as an administrator in Webflow

1. Open the Webflow Dashboard

   • Log in and go to Webflow Dashboard.

2. Go to project settings

   • Click on your website and select “Settings”.

3. Add a new user

   • Go to the tab “Members”.
   • Click on “Invite”.
   • Enter our email address: info@imarketing.se.
   • Choose the role Administrator.

4. Send invitation

   • Click on “Send invitation”, then we will receive an email to accept.

WordPress

1. Create an account in WordPress

1. Go to WordPress

   • Open WordPress.com or log in if you already have an account.

2. Follow the guide to create a website

   • Enter a name and choose a domain.
   • Choose a design template and complete the registration.

2. Invite info@imarketing.se as an administrator in WordPress

For WordPress.com

1. Login to WordPress Admin

   • Go to your WordPress site and log in. Admin panel.

2. Go to user settings

   • Click on "User" in the menu on the left.
   • Click on “Add new user”.

3. Add us as an administrator

   • Enter our email address: info@imarketing.se.
   • Choose the role Administrator.

4. Send invitation

   • Click on “Add user”, then we will receive an invitation via email.

For WordPress.org (self-hosting, e.g. Loopia, one.com)

1. Log in to your WordPress site

   • Go to yourdomain.se/wp-admin and log in.

2. Go to user management

   • Click on "User" → “Add new”.

3. Create a new administrator

   • Enter our email address: info@imarketing.se.
   • Select Administrator as a role.

4. Send invitation

   • Click on “Add new user”.

✅ Clear! Now you have created accounts and given us administrative access to Wix, Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress.
